The Xylophone is a handmade product of the APPLAUSE project, in which the experts and local community of The City Municipality of Ljubljana collaborate in order to target the issue of invasive alien plants that negatively affect the native plants. The xylophone is made from the removed invasive alien plant and presents an important step toward preserving diversity of native plants.
The xylophone is made of wooden keys, attached to the baseboard with wooden pegs and padded with felt and comes with a wooden mallet. The dimensions are 470 mm x 486 mm x 42 mm.
