Aesthetically crafted nesting box that merges with the natural environment is a welcoming shelter for animals in the city and country alike, its sustainable design and material choice present and added environmental value. The nesting box is a product crafted in the APPLAUSE project, in which the experts and local community of The City Municipality of Ljubljana co-work in order to solve the issue of invasive alien plants that negatively affect the native flora. Making this nesting box from invasive alien plant wood helps preserving diversity and growth of native plants in their natural environment.
The nesting box comes dismantled since it is a »DIY« set. Its dimensions are 27 cm x 24 cm x 33 cm.
