Machine-made paper from alternative raw materials

Pulp and Paper Institute (Inštitut za celulozo in papir) under their own brand CiP (Circular Innovative Papers) offers machine-made paper from various alternative raw materials. They have already produced a paper containing cellulose fibre extracted from discarded tomato stems, Miscathus, sawdust, jute and invasive alien plant species (Japanese knotweed, Canadian goldenhorn and Black locust). The paper is natural and so are its texture and colour. Therefore, it is a welcoming alternative for companies or individuals who wish for something different. The paper might be purchased in a roll or formats not bigger than B2 and grammage from 70 –240 g/m2. Because of its versatility, several printing techniques (offset, flexographic or digital printing) might be applied on it.
